Dee brings 15 years of significant experience in operations management. With a proven track record in project management and process improvement. The past 11 years of her career were in the public sector working for a Kansas school district and a local municipality. Her years of experience in public service have made her extremely adapt at process improvement, budget management and analytics. She has an in-depth knowledge of how local governments work which is extremely helpful to guide our projects smoothly through varying processes of the local governments we work with.

Dee graduated from Washburn University with a Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Economics and a minor in International Business.
