Corey Boyer, Managing Partner of Development of Texas, has over 10 years of experience in a range of real estate fields including land acquisition and development, home building, multi-family ownership, single-family rental ownership.

He has also owned and operated a general contracting business during this time specializing in investment property (SF and MF) repairs and remodels. His goal is to locate and acquire undervalued parcels of land and grow them into successful and profitable projects. 

Corey graduated from the University of Missouri with a BS in Personal Financial Planning.
